This is an immediate 3 month opportunity where you will be an essential team player with a "no task too big, no task too small" attitude. Your role is crucial—not only will you manage the front desk and answer phones, but you'll also jump in to provide administrative support like managing expense reportings, supporting 30 remote employees, handling catering, and keeping the break room and inventory stocked. Responsibilities
 

• MS Office Suite, Slack, Teams - Main , Canva - Nice but not a requirement 
• Answer the phone, 2 people at the front desk- shared responsibility, conference rooms etc. 
• Catering as needed
• Clean up from catering, setting up meeting rooms - meetings
• Admin Support - Sometimes changes as needed
• Work well with an Independent team 
• Support 30 remote employees
• Work with expense reportings
• Break room - stocking supplies, etc. 
• Fill up - inventory support
• Stocking supplies/inventory management - place orders as needed
