Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute member-side syndicated loan deal closings.
- Use Loan IQ to manage and close complex transactions.
- Handle multi-currency lending transactions (EUR, JPY) and LIBOR-related processes.
- Support teammates by answering questions and guiding complex closings.
- Assist with audits, documentation sampling, and month/year-end activities.
- Manage high transaction volume and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Syndication closing experience on the member side.
- Hands-on Loan IQ expertise.
- Knowledge of multi-currency lending and LIBOR concepts.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume banking environment.
- Flexibility and multitasking skills.
- Experience at large financial institutions (e.g., JPMorgan).
- Audit/documentation support experience.
- Familiarity with internal currency conversion tools (pending confirmation).
- Internal process training provided, but candidates must already have relevant syndication and Loan IQ experience due to limited ramp-up time.
