We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist will own the day-to-day AR lifecycle across multiple operating entities. In a heavy M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) environment, you won't just be processing invoices, you will be a key player in clean-up efforts, system data migrations, and aligning newly acquired business units into our centralized NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the resilience to navigate a fluid, evolving private equity portfolio environment.

salary: $55,000 - $58,240 per year

Responsibilities

Core AR Operations & Cash Application

• Manage the full-cycle billing and cash application process for multiple entities and high-volume accounts.
  
  
• Accurately post daily cash receipts, including ACH, wires, checks, and credit card payments.
  
  
• Monitor aging reports and proactively execute collections strategies with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
  
  
• Research and resolve client billing discrepancies, short payments, and unapplied cash.
  
  

M&A & System Integration (NetSuite)

• Assist the finance team in integrating accounts receivable functions of newly acquired companies into the centralized NetSuite ERP.
  
  
• Map legacy AR data, audit historical aging balances, and ensure clean data migration.
  
  
• Identify bottlenecks in legacy billing processes and help implement scalable, standardized AR workflows.
  
  

Reporting & PE Compliance

• Prepare weekly and monthly AR aging metrics and cash flow forecasting inputs for leadership and private equity sponsors.
  
  
• Support month-end closing activities, including revenue reconciliation and journal entries.
  
  
• Maintain rigorous documentation to support internal controls and annual audit requirements.
