Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of vendor invoices and customer billings accurately and efficiently.
- Perform 3-way matching (verifying Purchase Orders, Receiving Documents, and Invoices) to ensure precise payments.
- Review, verify, and reconcile invoices, identifying and resolving any discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.
- Prepare and execute weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
- Monitor AR aging reports, follow up on delinquent accounts, and apply incoming customer payments correctly.
- Maintain and update financial records within QuickBooks.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations.
- Organize, digitize, and maintain orderly digital accounting files and documentation.
- Provide prompt, professional support for internal and external financial inquiries.
Experience & Education
- Experience: 2+ years of dedicated experience in a high-volume AP/AR accounting role.
- Software: Proven proficiency and hands-on experience using QuickBooks is a must.
