Position Summary: Notifies or locates customers with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment by performing the following duties in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner. Responsibilities

• The Accounts Receivable Specialist will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments and supporting customer relationships.
• Process, record, reconcile and track incoming payments in SAP S4 Hana
• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure all balances remain current and correct.
• Make collection calls to minimize outstanding balances.
• Provide timely, professional and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales, warranty and customer service teams to resolve disputes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while enforcing payment terms and conditions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate prompt payment.
• Prepare and monitor collection and aging reports to record collection efforts and communicate  with AR Manager on any problem accounts.
• Ensure all accounts receivables policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Other duties assigned by the AR Manager
