Responsibilities
- Support learners and stakeholders by investigating, tracking, and resolving compliance-related tickets and inquiries through research and problem-solving.
- Conduct testing on compliance-related systems for major release cycles, which includes writing test scripts and identifying defects.
- Participate in "compliance fire drills" and special projects, such as data cleanup and analysis, often requiring quick pivots and collaborative team effort.
- Document processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, or the use of AI to proactively address trends and reduce rework.
- Communicate complex compliance information to all levels of staff (associate to partner), including delivering "bad news" about credit eligibility in a professional and sympathetic manner
