What You'll Do:
- Lead Operations: Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, and secure storage activities.
- Manage Inventory: Maintain 100% stock accuracy through regular counts and audits.
- Empower People: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to drive maximum productivity.
- Enforce Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workplace.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics.
- Independent problem-solving skills paired with collaborative leadership.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- A commitment to agility and teamwork.
salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
