We are looking for a reliable Customer Support Specialist to join our Miramar team and help our customers get the critical parts they need to keep their operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries, identify the precise technical parts needed, generate accurate quotes, and process incoming purchase orders.
- Partner closely with the shipping/receiving department to ensure parts are received and dispatched accurately and on time.
- Monitor freight and shipping costs to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness for both the company and our clients.
- Work with outside vendors to acquire parts quotes and specialized lists; maintain up-to-date recommended spare parts lists for clients.
- Follow up with customers to ensure total satisfaction, handle questions or complaints, and escalate critical issues to Operations when necessary.

Education & Experience: An Associate’s degree in Business Administration PLUS 1–2 years of relevant work experience; OR

4 years of related hands-on work experience; OR

An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills: Good everyday computer skills (MS Office/Windows). Experience using Microsoft Dynamics and SalesPad (or a similar inventory, sales, or ERP software) is a huge plus.

Math Skills: Ability to calculate everyday business numbers like discounts, percentages, and proportions.

Soft Skills: Great communication and interpersonal skills, a strong eye for detail, the ability to multi-task, and a professional attitude.
