- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, or Business preferred. 4+ years of experience could serve as a replacement with approval.
- Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in HR administration or a recruiting/sourcing role. A
- Organization Skills: Exceptional time-management habits with the ability to manage a busy calendar and track multiple moving pieces simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Communication Mastery: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. You must be completely comfortable making 30-40 phone calls a day and speaking with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Tech Literacy: familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and a fast aptitude for learning digital database tools or Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Prior experience working in a high-volume staffing agency or an internal manufacturing/distribution environment.
- bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) are highly valued in our production facilities.
- Basic familiarity with using digital candidate sourcing tools (such as Indeed or social media recruiting groups).

Responsibilities
- Candidate Vetting & Screening: Review high volumes of inbound resumes across various job boards and databases. Conduct dynamic initial phone screens to evaluate candidate alignment, shift availability, and core reliability.
- Interview Scheduling & Coordination: Act as the logistics champion for the department. Manage complex calendar coordination to schedule on-site and virtual interviews between candidates, plant managers, and shift supervisors.
- Candidate Experience Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and "concierge" for candidates moving through our interview funnel. Keep applicants engaged, provide timely status updates, and guide them through pre-employment expectations.
- ATS & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain real-time data integrity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate notes, interview feedback, and status changes are accurately logged.
