Responsibilities
Your Daily Mission
- Process financial transactions for major institutional clients, ensuring absolute accuracy, completeness, and strict adherence to specific plan provisions.
- Review incoming client requests to ensure everything is in good order, and proactively identify, resolve, or escalate complex operational issues.
- Partner and interact with various internal departments to seamlessly complete processing requests and resolve any transaction errors.
- Provide valuable input to modify processing procedures, optimize interdepartmental workflows, and actively participate in continuous process improvement projects.
- An undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
- At least one year of related business experience, ideally with a working knowledge of PC software.
- A collaborative approach to working effectively in team environments, alongside the flexibility to work overtime or adjusted shifts as business needs dictate.
- Earn a steady, reliable hourly pay rate of $20/hr.
