Salary Range: $90,000 – $135,000 + Bonus (Commensurate with experience)
Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, technically sound Industrial Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department, optimize asset reliability, and spearhead plant automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between personnel leadership and deep technical expertise, possessing at least 5 years of direct experience troubleshooting, modifying, and managing PLC/HMI-controlled production systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving a safety-first culture, reducing unplanned downtime, improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and elevating the technical capabilities of a multi-craft maintenance team.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of multi-craft maintenance technicians. Identify skill gaps and implement training programs, specifically focusing on advanced electrical and automation troubleshooting.
- Automation & Controls Oversight: Serve as the plant’s subject matter expert for automation systems. Go "online" via laptop to diagnose complex PLC/HMI faults, manage system backups, and oversee control upgrades to minimize downtime.
- Reliability & PM Management: Maximize plant OEE by managing and optimizing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders, spare parts inventory, and preventative/predictive maintenance schedules.
- Electrical & Mechanical Support: Provide advanced technical guidance on 3-phase electrical systems, power distribution, robotics, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and heavy mechanical/fluid power systems.
- Capital Projects (CapEx): Partner with plant engineering to plan, budget, and execute capital improvement projects, including the installation and commissioning of new, highly automated production lines.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce a strict zero-injury culture, ensuring full compliance with OSHA standards, Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) protocols, and arc flash safety boundaries.
