This role is your chance to lead, coach, and make a direct impact on our operations.
Your New Mission (Site Coordinator Duties):
This is a leadership role focused on getting new hires started right and keeping the team running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for our talent:
Training & Onboarding: Leading applicant tours, new hire orientations, screening candidates, teaching proper GMP requirements, and shadowing new team members on their first day.
Compliance & Support: Conducting daily check-ins, ensuring everyone clocks in 4 times daily, and handling necessary admin tasks.
Team Performance: Partnering with supervisors to fix training gaps, reduce turnover, and jumping in on the line to help the team hit production goals when needed.
Details: Day shift. Prior supervisory experience is a huge plus.
