Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires and manage all employee records within the HRIS to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll, while mediating low-level workplace conflicts.
- Monitor and apply federal, state, and local labor laws (including FMLA, FLSA, and EEO) to keep company practices compliant and mitigate legal risk.
- Track key HR metrics like turnover and employee engagement to provide actionable insights for workforce planning and retention strategies.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience managing employee data within Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) like Workday or ADP, and utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Good foundational understanding of federal and state employment laws, benefits administration, and best practices for workplace conflict resolution.
