Come build something with us! As a growing logistics provider, we’re expanding our footprint and building out a brand-new internal accounting team. We need an experienced, hands-on professional to step into a newly created Accounting Supervisor role. You will serve as the primary on-site financial lead, mastering the daily GL, AP/AR, and payroll operations while collaborating with the VP of Accounting to optimize our internal controls. It’s the perfect blend of tactical execution and supervisory leadership in a highly stable, high-growth industry.

salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
• Monitor revenue and expense activity to ensure accurate and timely recording
• Manage accounts receivable collections and customer account maintenance
• Process credit applications and provide recommendations to the Vice President
• Perform job costing analysis as needed
• Oversee monthly bank and cash account reconciliations
• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and related reconciliations
• Oversee accounts payable and vendor account maintenance
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reporting packages
• Other misc. duties, tasks & projects as needed
