In this role, you aren't just managing numbers—you are managing relationships. You will ensure accurate customer billing while maintaining a professional, collaborative approach to collections.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Invoicing: Generate and distribute accurate client invoices based on contract terms and sales data.
  
  
• Cash Application: Securely post daily incoming payments (ACH, wires, checks, credit cards) to customer accounts, accurately resolving any short-pays.
  
  
• B2B Collections: Proactively manage a portfolio of aging accounts, reaching out to customers via phone and email to secure payment while maintaining a positive client relationship.
  
  
• Credit Management: Evaluate customer creditworthiness and assist in establishing credit limits.
  
  
• Dispute Resolution: Partner with sales and operations teams to research and resolve customer billing discrepancies or billing disputes.
