- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

- Computer Skills: You must have a basic understanding of computer usage and be comfortable working with various systems and tools.
- Attention to Detail: The ability to follow detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is crucial for this role.

- A-shift (Days): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- C-shift (Days): Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday from 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM
- D-Shift (Nights):Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday from 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM

Responsibilities
Specific Job Duties:
- Routinely conduct intermediate data analysis of manufacturing metrics (WPD, tool output, rundown, etc).
- Pinpoint bottleneck areas and take actions to help improve line movement and line balance.
- Conduct intermediate troubleshooting and root cause investigation of production roadblocks up to the 1st and 2nd order of a catalyst event.
- Work as a team leader both within and outside of the department.
- Ability to multitask without loss of efficiency or accuracy.
- Must adhere to strict protocol policies, which include wearing a clean room suit for long periods.
- Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred
- Must be very confident with computers and capable of learning new software systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.
- Intermediate computer skills (>30 WPM typing ability),
- Self-motivated and critical thinking skills
- Ability to both follow and create documented procedures
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective Communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to wear a cleanroom suit and lift up to 25lb.
