Responsibilities
- Sort & Distribute Electronic & Paper Mail Sort through daily batch print jobs and identify proper routing of documents
- Accurately fold and stuff envelopes Route checks & other miscellaneous mail appropriate areas Type letters and re-route undeliverable mail
- Transaction Processing Manage all transactions throughout the lifecycle of a bond, including new business, cancellations, reinstatements, amendments, and related updates.
- Communicate with agents via email to deliver required documentation and respond to inquiries.
- Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all processing activities.Ideal Candidate
