In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between customers and internal teams. Reporting directly to the Branch or Operations Manager, you will support the sales team, manage the order lifecycle from start to finish, and ensure an exceptional client experience.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
- Customer Care & Reception: Welcome guests warmly, manage incoming calls effectively, and assist customers at the Will-Call window.
- Account & Information Management: Establish new customer accounts while accurately collecting essential contact, address, and payment details.
- Sales & Estimating Support: Provide pricing and inventory availability to customers and the sales team by generating formal estimates. Recommend product solutions or pull in the sales team for technical assistance as needed.
- Order Management: Create and process orders promptly (including high-priority rush orders). Track all open orders from start to finish, keeping clients and sales reps updated on order status.
- Internal Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments—including sales, transportation, warehouse, fabrication, and accounting—to ensure seamless order fulfillment within a 24-hour window.
- Logistics Coordination: Schedule customer deliveries and Will-Call pickups.
- Administrative Support: Maintain an organized front office and workstation, handle filing, and perform ongoing clerical duties to assist the branch management and sales teams.
