Responsibilities
A detail-oriented and collaborative Manager who works on our Tracking & Reporting team and partners closely with leadership across local and AC L&D teams to ensure the business-critical L&D controls process is executed accurately and on schedule. This role blends supervisory capabilities with hands-on process analysis and data quality management and oversight of the execution discipline required to support business-critical L&D controls.
The role requires someone who is highly organized with excellent stakeholder management skills, managing and leading recurring meetings, rapid responses on follow-up, action items, process documentation, and being a leader who establishes clarity and confidence. They play a pivotal role in identifying bottlenecks, operational failures, and process ambiguities, and translating those insights into improved workflows, clearer guidance, and stronger adoption within the team. While reporting outputs may support visibility into the process, the primary focus of this role is ensuring that the underlying L&D controls process is executed accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
