- We are seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) and Time & Attendance (T&A) Subject Matter Expert to support workforce planning, scheduling operations, and workforce management initiatives across a multi-site environment.
- Pay: $68.96 /hr.

Summary:
This individual will serve as the country-level expert for scheduling and workforce management practices, partnering with operational leaders, HR, and global teams to ensure workforce management processes, system configurations, and compliance requirements align with business needs and local operational realities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary United States subject matter expert for workforce management, scheduling, and time & attendance operations.
- Partner with operational leaders to understand workforce planning needs and translate requirements into scalable WFM solutions.
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of workforce management processes and system configurations.
- Ensure scheduling practices align with operational demands, labor regulations, collective agreements (where applicable), and company policies.
- Provide expertise on labor forecasting, workforce planning, staffing models, and schedule optimization.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure workforce management programs accommodate local business requirements and compliance standards.
- Analyze workforce data and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support testing, system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements related to workforce management platforms.
- Assist with issue resolution, root cause analysis, and ongoing support for scheduling and timekeeping processes.
- Develop training materials and provide guidance to operational leaders and end users on workforce management best practices.
- Required
- 5+ years of workforce management, labor planning, scheduling, or time & attendance experience.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Workforce Management (WFM/Pro).
- Experience supporting multi-site or multi-location operations.
- strong understanding of workforce scheduling, labor forecasting, and timekeeping processes.
- Experience partnering with operational stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
