Responsibilities

The consultant will manage implementations for two primary products: a merchant services invoicing product and a payment gateway product. We are seeking an Implementation Consultant in Merchant Services to lead standard implementation projects for both E-Bill Express, Payment Gateway, and other solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project manage client-facing, less complex projects for E-Bill Express, Payment Gateway, and other solutions
• Apply project management methodology to facilitate implementations, establishing timelines, and tracking ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery for our clients
• Accurately document the status of projects, risks, and blockers as defined in procedures
• Provide training to clients and internal parties, as needed
• Escalate project challenges to leadership, Sales, and other parties, as needed
• Proactively identify and actively seek feedback and improvement opportunities from internal partners and clients
• Support strategic and team initiatives
