Responsibilities
Your Mission: What You'll Tackle Every Day
- Create robust demand plans and accurately forecast volume requirements to ensure we deliver products on time and in full to our customers.
- Provide key analytical insights that shape our internal financial plans and validate the assumptions behind future growth activities.
- Continuous improvement of Sales Forecast Accuracy and Bias, ensuring data integrity across our planning systems.
- Lead specific projects or targeted project steps within the broader sales framework
- Moderate to extensive knowledge and practical experience within demand planning, sales operations, or retail allocation.
- Experience evaluating data to improve forecast accuracy and managing modern planning systems effectively.
- The ability to perform a range of assignments with a moderate level of guidance
- Experience navigating cross-functional project steps and building baseline knowledge of company processes, customers, and segments.
- Earn a steady, reliable income with a pay rate of $38/hr.
