We are seeking a sharp, proactive Logistics Coordinator to take the reins of a premier, high-value, and high-visibility customer account. What You Will Do:

• Be the Mission Control: Coordinate seamlessly between the shipper, warehouse operations, cartage teams, carriers, and internal AIT teams to keep freight moving flawlessly.
  
  
• Protect High-Value Cargo: Enforce strict security protocols, manage seal verifications, and deploy real-time GPS tracking via Overhaul.
  
  
• Drive Nationwide Operations: Manage Full Truckload (FTL) and RMA shipments moving from Whitsett, NC to major high-security data centers across the United States.
  
  
• Master the Tech Stack: Navigate legacy and modern logistics platforms, utilizing AS/400 for domestic lanes and CargoWise for international freight from Mexico.
  
  
• Lead the Conversation: Represent the operations team during daily shipper status calls and weekly milestone review meetings.
  
  
• Protect the Bottom Line: Review domestic rate cards and validate carrier costs prior to booking to maximize shipment profitability.

• Coordinate and manage domestic and international freight forwarding activities
• Book and manage FTL (Full Truckload) and LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) shipments
• Utilize CargoWise and AF400 systems for shipment tracking, documentation, and order management
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation issues
