Shift: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Plus weekends when scheduled)

Pay: $18.00/hr.
As a Receiving Clerk, you will play a crucial role in managing our global logistics client day-to-day warehouse operations, recording vital shipping and receiving information, and performing hands-on inventory control tasks.
Full training is provided—no prior experience is required!
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience with material receiving or inventory control
- Comfort and experience using Microsoft Office programs.
- Basic clerical or data entry experience (or a strong knack for accuracy).
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends when scheduled.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods of time in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
- Data Accuracy: Enter customer part numbers, supplier information, and other critical data into our inventory management system with 100% accuracy.
- Documentation: Process shipping and receiving documents, including inputting key information from bills of lading.
- Order Dispatching: Dispatch orders and provide necessary tags for customer part selection.
- Problem Solving: Process claims for misdirected parts and utilize customer systems to update claim statuses.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure supplier compliance.
- Administrative Support: Perform various data entry and administrative functions within established computer programs.
