Responsibilities
- Portfolio Management: Oversee a large commercial portfolio totaling more than 1 million square feet.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and support the maintenance and engineering staff.
- Project Coordination: Lead and manage all building construction, remodeling, and renovation projects.
- Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants.
- Quality Control: Ensure properties meet top-tier standards and achieve high scores in internal inspections.
