Salary: $17 - $18 per hour
Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact to manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (including sales and operations) to seamlessly execute and meet all custom client requirements.
- Conduct detail-oriented quality control checks on client deliverables and billing data to ensure 100% accuracy in all client invoicing and reporting.
- Investigate and resolve client inquiries or billing discrepancies promptly, turning potential issues into positive customer experiences.
