Responsibilities
- Phone Management: Answer incoming multi-line phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Call Routing: Route calls to the correct department or take clear, accurate messages when team members are unavailable.
- Visitor Hospitality: Greet clients, vendors, and visitors warmly as they arrive at the office and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room.
- Mail Distribution: Receive, sort, and distribute daily incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- General Clerical Support: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and assist with basic, simple administrative tasks (such as scanning or filing) as needed.
