Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and align on hiring requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for technical, professional, and leadership roles.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience through consistent communication and engagement.
- Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and recruiting processes.
- Drive consistency and continuous improvement across talent acquisition programs and processes.
- Share recruiting metrics, progress updates, and market insights with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records within HR and talent acquisition systems.
- Mentor recruiters and other HR team members while serving as a trusted talent acquisition resource.
- Act as a brand ambassador and culture champion throughout the hiring process.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of recruiting experience
- 2+ years of executive recruiting experience
- 1+ year of experience using Workday ATS
- Sourcing expertise across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work Central Time Zone (CST) business hours.
- Proven ability to successfully close candidates in competitive markets
