Randstad is partnering with a prestigious national association on a confidential search for an interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner. This position is recruiting-heavy, giving you full ownership of the talent acquisition pipeline and working hand-in-hand with hiring managers and executive leadership to find top-tier talent.
This is an immediate, contract/temporary position designed to help manage an active workload. However, our client is actively looking for a long-term match, and this role has potential to convert to a permanent, full-time position for the right fit.
salary: $35 - $39 per hour

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and extending/negotiating job offers.
- Hiring Manager Partnership: Act as a trusted internal advisor to department heads and stakeholders to define job requirements, establish hiring timelines, and advise on competitive market dynamics.
- Strategic Sourcing: Build robust talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, niche job boards, and creative sourcing methods to attract diverse, top-tier talent.
- Interview Strategy: Develop targeted, behavioral-based interview questions and guide hiring managers on equitable selection techniques.
- System Management: Ensure 100% accuracy and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS databases.
- Compliance & Onboarding: Oversee background checks, credentials verification, and hand off selected candidates to the HR team for a seamless onboarding experience.
- Reporting: Track and present weekly recruitment metrics, KPIs, and headcount forecasts to HR Leadership.
