- The Expertise: 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience inside a fast-moving production environment.

Responsibilities
Manufacturing Process Improvement
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity, reduce waste, and
improve product quality.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
Develop and maintain process documentation including process flows, work instructions, and
standard operating procedures.
Tooling, Fixtures, and Equipment
Design and implement tooling, fixtures, jigs, and other manufacturing aids to improve safety,
efficiency, and repeatability.
Identify opportunities for automation and equipment improvements.
Support equipment troubleshooting and reliability improvements in partnership with maintenance
and production teams.
Plant Layout and Manufacturing Flow
Develop plant layouts and manufacturing cell designs to optimize workflow, ergonomics, and
material movement.
Support facility improvements, line balancing, and production capacity improvements.
Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify bottlenecks and improvement
opportunities.
