Randstad is partnered with a admired medical manufacturer headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, FL to find them an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.  This role is best suited for someone with 2 years of AR experience. Big box retailer experience and Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUPs) is required.  This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity offering a full benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Oversee assigned customer accounts according to company policy, including monitoring aging receivables and unapplied deductions.
• Daily Cash Operations: Apply daily cash receipts and ensure remittances align with credit terms and cash discounts.
• Billing & Reconciliations: Accurately processing billing and collections to resolve discrepancies.
• Claims Tracking: Maintain daily tracking logs for claims and sales orders, ensuring a minimum of weekly updates.
• Month-End Support: Utilize advanced Excel for AR reporting and post necessary journal entries for month-end close.
