Responsibilities
Your Daily Impact:
- Respond professionally and empathetically to phone and electronically submitted first notices of loss from claimants, insureds, and third parties experiencing unexpected property or vehicle damage.
- Utilize established scripts and system workflows to accurately transcribe commercial or personal loss details
- Actively manage and assign rental car reservations, appraisal schedules, Express Claim shops, towing needs, and critical water mitigation activities.
- Apply foundational communication skills to evaluate caller questions, offer available service options, and determine the most effective course of action on established claims.
- Typically 1 to 3 years of customer-facing experience in the service, financial, or hospitality industries, ideally paired with 6 to 12 months in a call center or office environment. (Preferred)
- Proficiency in navigating and toggling between multiple computer screens, applications, and the MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Balance your week with standard Monday–Friday hours (Hybrid)
- Earn a starting pay rate of $20.00/hour, with built-in potential for advancement upon your permanent conversion.
