Key Responsibilities
- Team & Dispatch Leadership: Supervise workflows for 14–18 personnel; schedule and dispatch field technicians and IT workers to client sites.
- Project & Ticket Coordination: Track tech projects (2 hours to 3 days), manage the internal ticketing system, and assist with billing, quoting, and commissions.
- Administration: Manage leadership calendars, oversee vendor/client communications, and handle light HR (PTO tracking, scheduling).
- Experience: 3–5 years in office administration, operations, or corporate supervision.
- Industry Tech IQ: understanding of IT, telecommunications, or SaaS environments.
- Software: Proficiency in CRMs and MS Office (experience with Rev-io, QuickBooks, Asana, or ADP is a plus).
- Location: Commutable distance to Ronkonkoma, NY.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Light HR
- Supervision: Oversee and support daily workflows for a team of 14–18 employees.
- Dispatch & Scheduling: Schedule and dispatch field technicians and IT workers to client sites.
- HR Support: Manage basic HR administration, including tracking employee paid time off (PTO) and scheduling.
- Project Monitoring: Track and monitor the lifecycle of various technical projects, ranging from short 2-hour tasks to multi-day deployments (2–3 days).
- Ticketing & Provisioning: Utilize internal ticketing systems to manage customer inquiries, route telecom/software issues, and facilitate backend updates for service provisioning.
- Billing & Commissions: Support customer billing operations, quoting, and commission tracking.
- Executive Support: Manage calendars and schedules for Edward and his partner.
- Vendor & Client Liaison: Act as the primary central contact point for clients, vendors, and partners, ensuring professional and clear communication.
- Inventory: Maintain and manage office supply inventories and general workspace organization.
