Responsibilities
**6 month project**
What You'll Be Doing
- Design and develop training materials for virtual and instructor-led learning programs
- Create PowerPoint presentations, facilitator guides, job aids, quick reference guides, and learning toolkits
- Partner with project teams and subject matter experts to gather information and develop training content
- Translate business process changes into easy-to-understand learning materials
- Build audience-specific learning paths and training resources
- Support pilot training sessions and incorporate feedback into final deliverables
- Ensure learning materials are engaging, practical, and aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with Change Management and business leaders to support adoption and readiness efforts
- 4+ years of Instructional Design, Training Development, Learning & Development, or Corporate Training experience
- strong PowerPoint presentation development skills
- Experience creating training guides, SOPs, job aids, facilitator materials, and learning documentation
- Ability to simplify complex processes and communicate information clearly
- Experience partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts
- strong writing, communication, and project management skills
- Experience supporting organizational change, process improvement, or transformation initiatives is highly preferred
