Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of administrative, program coordination, executive support, event coordination, or international programs experience.
- Experience coordinating travel, calendars, meetings, and logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Experience working with international stakeholders, educational programs, associations, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, or global initiatives is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the International Programs team.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and itineraries.
- Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel logistics for leadership and international delegates.
- Draft correspondence, meeting agendas, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Serve as a point of contact for international program participants, partner organizations, and educational institutions.
- Coordinate scholar exchange, visiting scholar, and educational travel programs.
- Assist with application processing, participant tracking, communications, and program logistics.
- Support international educational meetings, conferences, and annual events.
- Coordinate travel reimbursements, wire transfers, and other program-related financial administration.
- Collaborate with internal departments including membership, marketing, meetings, education, and executive leadership teams.
- Assist with membership initiatives involving international organizations and partner groups.
- Support special projects and additional departmental initiatives as assigned.
