Responsibilities
- Inquiry Handling: Manage high-volume incoming phone calls and emails from distributors, contractors, and end-users regarding product details, tracking, and service questions.
- Order Processing: Perform accurate order entry, generate customer quotes, and track transaction histories within enterprise CRM and ERP systems.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate routine service issues, delivery delays, or order discrepancies using standardized procedures to provide prompt, professional solutions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Contact internal logistics, inventory management, and technical departments to verify product availability, lead times, or shipment logistics.
- Account Follow-Up: Maintain open channels of communication with customers to follow up on pending quotes, delivery statuses, and general product feedback.
