Pay Rate: $70.00 - $74.00 per hour (W2, dependent on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary Randstad is seeking data-driven and collaborative Procurement Analysts to support our electrical clients Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet Operations (SCPFO) team. In this role, you will work closely with Procurement Consultants, Procurement Specialists, and Category Managers to execute critical sourcing and contracting initiatives.
Minimum Requirements Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; OR
- 4 years of equivalent, relevant work experience.
- In addition to the education requirement above, a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in customer service and/or procurement is required.
- Proficiency in data collection, spend analytics, and building Excel/reporting models.
- Solid understanding of procurement fundamentals (RFP/RFI support, demand planning, risk considerations).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
- Market Research & Analytics: Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze performance metrics to guide supplier and market strategies.
- Contract & Spend Support: Research and analyze spend data and historical contracts to provide leverage for upcoming negotiations.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and utilize advanced models (e.g., pricing, total cost of ownership, demand planning).
- Reporting: Build, maintain, and streamline reports to optimize ongoing data analysis and track key performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Supply Chain Center of Excellence (COE), the Service Center, and internal business units to resolve recurring issues, improve efficiency, and elevate stakeholder satisfaction.
- Sourcing Execution: Support bid analysis as needed, and directly manage/lead less complex sourcing activities.
- Communication: Clearly present findings, data insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and key business partners.
