Responsibilities
- MRP Management: Generate and maintain accurate Material Requirements Plans (MRP) driven by production schedules, sales forecasts, and inventory targets.
- Supplier Coordination: Partner closely with suppliers to procure materials, components, and parts. You’ll track lead times to guarantee on-time delivery and strict adherence to our quality standards.
- Inventory Optimization: Actively monitor raw materials, finished goods, and components. You will proactively initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts while keeping excess inventory to a minimum.
- Production Alignment: Collaborate daily with production teams to prioritize and schedule material deliveries, keeping our supply aligned with real-time manufacturing and customer needs.
- Data Integrity & Audits: Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify system accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and keep our data pristine.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze demand patterns, consumption rates, and supplier performance metrics to spot trends and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Risk Mitigation: Communicate dynamically across cross-functional teams (Logistics, Production, and Purchasing) to quickly resolve supply chain disruptions and material availability bottlenecks.
