Responsibilities

- Relationship & Account Management: Serve as the primary, white-glove contact for a high-net-worth book of ~500 existing clients. Stand up, greet, and service heavy walk-in volume during peak season.
- Complex Policy Servicing: End-to-end management of complex risk profiles, aligning up to 5 distinct policies per client across Flood, Wind, Home, Yacht, and Fine Art.
- Renewals & Market Strategy: Execute the annual renewal process. Analyze client needs, fill out detailed applications, and market accounts utilizing surplus lines carriers and agency build processes.
- System Integrity & Tech: Maintain 100% accurate, up-to-date client files and policy records by mastering Applied Epic and Gallagher’s internal digital ecosystem.
- Daily Operations: Process payments, manage claims, and handle hundreds of daily incoming client phone calls and emails with precision.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor junior team members, provide feedback, and collaborate closely with leadership to maintain high service standards.
- Compliance: Conduct thorough account audits to ensure all client portfolios strictly comply with corporate guidelines and industry regulations.
