Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory, shipping, and receiving.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, scheduling, and performance.
- Partner with Accounting on budgeting, cost controls, inventory reporting, and P&L management.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and logistics partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- 4+ years of warehouse, operations, or supply chain management experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Experience managing budgets, operational expenses, and P&L performance.
- strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency with inventory systems, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
- bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
