Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for achieving maximum credit release while vetting orders to ensure they meet the standards set.
- Research and compile credit information on customers to facilitate order release
- Perform credit application and trade reference research to obtain credit evidence from financial institutions and customer vendors
- Carry out thorough credit checks to enable the initiation of sound credit decisions
- Inform internal business partners of progress of credit investigation
- Communicate with customers when other special credit requirements or advance deposits are deemed necessary
- Perform other duties as required
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience required
- High School Diploma required
- Previous experience in customer interaction
- Alpha and numeric data entry experience
- Verbal and written communications skills
- Solid analytical proficiencies
- Ability to organize, prioritize, work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints is required
