Responsibilities
- Use public records, the internet, and specialized databases to track down missing information (like property taxes or flood zone data) and fill in the blanks.
- Accurately print, match, and handle large volumes of live checks with their corresponding tax reports.
- Meticulously follow step-by-step instructions for every package to guarantee all contents are completely accurate and compliant before dispatch.
- Perform final verifications on completed packages in a zero-error tolerance environment, ensuring everything is perfect for secure delivery to Taxing Authorities.
- Manage your daily queue of files and physical inventory. You will need to set smart priorities, stay focused, and eliminate distractions to beat strict daily cutoff times (Service Level Agreements).
- Duties can vary slightly depending on your specific team assignment. Specialized areas include: Payments, Refunds, Procurement, Non-Escrow, Funds Management, Flood/Tax Search, Data Integrity, Commercial Tax, and Mail Correspondence.
