We are seeking a dynamic HR Specialist to join our team based in Morristown, with the flexibility to support our Kodak facility as needed. In this role, you will champion our hourly recruitment efforts, handle full-cycle temporary member management—including agency interaction and billing—and serve as a primary resource for resolving day-to-day employee issues. This position offers a starting salary range of $21/hour for entry-level candidates up to $28 for highly experienced professionals, alongside eligibility for overtime pay after 45 hours and potential performance bonuses. The core schedule is firmly set from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch. However, daily flexibility is required to arrive early or stay late to support our 3rd shift members, and rare weekend availability is expected for key hiring and employee events. To qualify, you must possess either a 4-year degree (open to recent graduates) or equivalent professional HR experience without a degree. Responsibilities

Hourly Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for all hourly positions.
  
  
• Hiring Events: Plan and execute local job fairs and on-site recruitment events to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  
  
• Onboarding: Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all employment paperwork and pre-screening compliance are completed.
  
  

Contingent Workforce & Agency Management

• Agency Liaison: Serve as the main contact for staffing agencies; place and manage temporary labor orders to meet operational needs.
  
  
• Billing & Auditing: Review, reconcile, and process weekly agency invoices and timesheets for accurate billing.
  
  
• Performance Tracking: Monitor temporary member attendance, headcount, and contract extensions or endings.
  
  

Employee Relations & Shift Support

• Issue Resolution: Act as a trusted resource to resolve day-to-day hourly employee issues and policy questions.
  
  
• Multi-Shift Support: Maintain flexibility to arrive early or stay late to support 3rd shift and off-shift team members.
  
  
• Employee Events: Assist in planning and executing company events, engagement initiatives, and weekend activities as needed.
  
  

Cross-Site Operations

• Multi-Facility Travel: Primarily based in Morristown, with regular local travel to support the Kodak facility.
  
  
• Schedule Coverage: Maintain firm core hours (8 AM - 5 PM) for department coverage, adapting as needed to get the job done.
