Responsibilities
Rotates daily between Check-In, Check-Out, and Call Center duties to support operations. Requires high adaptability, communication, and HIPAA compliance.
- Patient Coordination: Oversee seamless check-in and check-out processes; greet patients, manage lobby flow, and review provider exit instructions.
- Financial Duties: Perform insurance verification, accurate co-pay collection, and process daily payments.
- Communication: Handle heavy phone lines, focusing on efficient scheduling and accurate message routing via the EHR system.
- Call Center & Scheduling: Strategic appointment booking for new/established patients; manage outbound reminders and rescheduling.
- Clinical Liaison: Act as a bridge between patients and clinical staff to provide quick responses to ENT-specific inquiries.
- Specialty Booking: Efficiently coordinate and schedule hearing aid appointments, allergy shots, and audiology evaluations.
- Regional Support: Coordinate administrative needs across all three sites to ensure consistent clinic operations.
