Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Market Research: Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities by thoroughly analyzing client requirements and aligning them with tailored product and service solutions.
- Pitching & Revenue Generation: Formulate and present compelling sales demonstrations to prospective clients, managing the pipeline through to successful closing.
- Strategic Planning: Actively collaborate in corporate sales forecasting, market trend analysis, and long-term pipeline planning.
- Product Lifecycle Collaboration: Contribute insights toward the innovation of new offerings, the optimization of current products, and the strategic phasing out of underperforming solutions.
- Technical Committee Leadership: Oversee and manage the technical operations, agendas, and deliverables for internal committees and specialized working groups.
- Professional Communications: Establish and sustain proactive, professional relationships across all internal organizational tiers and external client networks, adhering strictly to company communication protocols.
- Policy Compliance: Consistently champion and adhere to all established Hyspeco Safety and Personnel regulations.
