We are looking for a Warehouse Customer Service Representative to serve as the vital bridge between customers and operations team. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless communication, accurate order processing, and efficient shipment coordination to keep customers happy and the warehouse running smoothly

Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our customers, warehouse operations, and carriers.
- Customer Support: Handle inquiries, manage heavy email correspondence, and process orders/returns with speed and professionalism. Will handle LOTS of emails
- Attention to detail and organiziation a MUST
- Must have good computer skills
- Logistics Coordination: Track shipments, communicate delays, and coordinate inbound/outbound schedules.
- Documentation & Operations: Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists), maintain accurate interaction records, and communicate priorities to warehouse teams.
