Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership: Provide strategic direction and daily oversight for all warehouse, logistics, and supply chain functions.
- Supply Chain & Logistics: Optimize inbound and outbound freight, manage carrier relationships, and streamline logistics to reduce transit times and costs.
- Purchasing & Vendor Management: Oversee procurement and purchasing processes; negotiate vendor contracts to ensure timely material availability and optimal pricing.
- Inventory Control: Implement rigorous inventory management protocols, cycle counts, and auditing to ensure maximum stock accuracy and minimize shrinkage.
- Warehouse Management: Supervise daily facility operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of warehouse and administrative personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and safety
- Proven Leadership: 5+ years of experience as an operations leader, warehouse director, or supply chain manager.
- End-to-End Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing all facets of the supply chain, including purchasing, inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track data, manage budgets, and leverage KPIs to drive operational efficiency.
