Responsibilities
Position Summary: Support the HR Information Systems division by capturing requirements, configuring settings, testing infrastructure, and executing deployments for critical Workday enhancement requests. This role focuses heavily on maintaining data integrity across enterprise business processes and designing technical solutions aligned with global HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements, configure system settings, perform testing, and manage deployment for Workday functional updates.
- Analyze complex enterprise HR business processes and ensure seamless data relationships across multiple system platforms.
- Design, modify, and implement functional system processes to stay ahead of changing business requirements.
- Troubleshoot system errors, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions for data and business process breakdowns.
- Document technical workflows and process solutions independently while aligning with overarching organization objectives.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working directly with Workday systems.
- Proven technical proficiency across multiple Workday modules, with a specific, primary focus on Global Payroll.
- Comprehensive, full lifecycle implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
