Operating during a high-volume departmental bridge phase, you will partner directly with the Patient Access Manager to stabilize complex scheduling, navigate an aggressive onboarding wave of new hires, and provide tactical leadership to a dedicated team of 30 staff positions. If you are a dependable problem-solver with a passion for operational excellence and workforce logistics, we want to hear from you!
What We Are Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

This is a full-time contract-to-hire position featuring a dedicated, clear pathway toward long-term, permanent integration after an initial 3-month (90-day) onboarding probationary assessment timeline. By stepping in during this critical bridge phase, your leadership will support 30 internal personnel lines, directly offset current vacancies and mid-tier leadership deficits, and make a tangible, visible impact by relieving executive stress loops.
