If you are an analytical powerhouse who thrives at the intersection of data manipulation and investigative auditing, this is your sandbox. This is a high-priority, 6-month special audit project in partnership with the client's Internal Audit team.  This isn't just a data entry gig—it’s a fast-paced, collaborative mission where you will have total ownership of your work, dig into the "why" behind the numbers, and directly impact the client's supply chain integrity. Running on an optimal 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM shift, this role offers the perfect balance of team collaboration and independent execution.

Responsibilities

Your Day-to-Day Impact (What You'll Actually Do):

Instead of just checking boxes, you will be the gatekeeper of data accuracy. Your accountabilities will include:

• Data Investigation & Integrity: Dive deep into inventory and sales data pools to hunt down, analyze, and resolve discrepancies before they impact the business.
  
  
• Precision Forecasting & Order Management: Flawlessly execute and adjust high-stakes Purchase Orders and forecasted orders, ensuring every piece of data aligns perfectly with timelines.
  
  
• Logistical Problem-Solving: Put your mathematical skills to work by calculating truck capacities and pallet weights, ensuring our logistics are as efficient as our data.
  
  
• Variance Auditing: Own the tracking of variances (ordered vs. received, forecasted vs. actual sales, and ending inventory vs. targets) to keep our records immaculate.
  
  
• Supply Chain Tracing & Troubleshooting: Keep a pulse on supplier portals and inbound orders, proactively tracking shipments to guarantee delivery windows are met and system glitches are quickly resolved.
  
  
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the Operations team to ensure physical reality matches our digital data, keeping SKU records accurate across all internal systems.
  
  
• Heavy Excel Usage: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable. You should easily navigate massive pools of data using advanced formulas like V-LOOKUPs and X-LOOKUPs.
